TIAA Charitable® is a public charity dedicated to changing the landscape of philanthropy by helping donors make the most of their generosity. TIAA Charitable’s Giving Fund, a donor-advised fund, is a tax-smart way to simplify charitable giving and donations. Donors can contribute cash, appreciated securities and certain complex assets, become eligible for an immediate tax deduction, and draw on their Giving Fund at any time to support their favorite charities. TIAA Charitable does the rest so donors can focus on the joy of giving. 

TIAA Charitable was established by TIAA in 2015 as an independent public charity. Although the two organizations are independent entities, they share the same values and vision: They believe in their responsibility to help inspire a better future.

The TIAA name is a registered mark of Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America and is used by TIAA Charitable pursuant to a license.
