Tim Hortons Iceplex operates a large participatory sports facility in Rochester, New York, on the campus of Monroe Community College. The 176,000-square-foot complex contains four NHL-sized ice rinks, including Chick-fil-A Arena, which seats 1,750. The venue supports ice hockey activities and hosts large-scale tournaments throughout the year, serving a mid-sized operation focused on facilities for both participants and spectators. 

Its customers include hockey teams and tournament organizers from across North America, as well as the spectators who attend events. The facility hosts numerous hockey events annually and draws more than 1.5 million visitors, making it Monroe County's largest foot-traffic venue. In December 2023, it announced a collaboration with Scorzonegolf, reflecting an expansion of its partnerships.
