Growth potential Mid-sized multidisciplinary design services firm with revenue in the 100M-250M range and a broad engineering scope (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, technology) presents opportunities to provide complementary services, technology integrations, and scalable solutions across larger projects or multi-discipline bids.

Leadership continuity Recent leadership promotions including a new Vice President of Engineering and a Vice President of Marketing and Business Operations indicate a focus on strategic growth, client outreach, and market expansion—opening doors for high-touch account development and expanded proposal collaboration.

Technology stack Adoption of modern collaboration and platform tools (Microsoft 365 suite, HTTP/3, HSTS, and related tech) suggests readiness for digital workflow improvements, BIM/CAE integrations, and streamlined project management that can be offered as productivity enhancements to clients.

Sustainability angle The firm’s life through design philosophy and multidisciplinary approach position it well to pursue sustainability-driven projects, energy efficiency upgrades, and resilient design opportunities with public sector and community-minded clients.

Competitive landscape With revenue peers in the mid-to-large engineering firms, there is an opportunity to differentiate through targeted niche offerings, regional specialization, and personalized client engagement to win smaller to mid-size projects where a boutique approach can outperform giants.
