TJO Sports is a 30,000 sq. ft. indoor sports training facility with multiple batting cages and a full size turf soccer field. We specialize in both group and individual baseball training with some of the top instructors in New England. Whether you need work on fielding, batting, or pitching, our instructors can assist you! Our large space allows us to hold several group clinics and team practices at once. Our full size indoor turf field serves as a great location for soccer, lacrosse, and field hockey practices or clinics. We also use that space for our very popular TotPlex kids program.
