In 1995, company president Brent Strehlow, founded Training Moments, Inc., a firm specializing in leadership development. After establishing a strong reputation as a quality provider of instructional development programs, companies began to involve TMI in consulting and coaching projects. At that time, the company also launched a web-based development tool, eLeadership 360 used in collaboration with The 6 Levels of Leadership, as well as Extended DISC assessments. Training Moments Inc. eventually became known as TMI and later TMI Leadership Consulting.
