In 1995, company president Brent Strehlow, founded Training Moments, Inc., a firm specializing in leadership development. After establishing a strong reputation as a quality provider of instructional development programs, companies began to involve TMI in consulting and coaching projects. At that time, the company also launched a web-based development tool, eLeadership 360 used in collaboration with The 6 Levels of Leadership, as well as Extended DISC assessments. Training Moments Inc. eventually became known as TMI and later TMI Leadership Consulting. Now in our 20th year of leadership development we’ve worked with more than 10,000 Executives and Managers in building strong cultures, implementing business strategies and formulating winning teams.
