TMI Trading  is one of the largest Asian food manufacturers in the northeast, producing high-quality fresh noodles and wrappers, innovative dumplings, pre-cooked appetizers and more. With respected brands Twin Marquis and Chef One, TMI Trading services both retail and food service nationwide, in addition to creating custom products and private label items for numerous chains. Through the company's import branch, TMI also distributes quality products from Asia including Bubble Tea, sauce and snacks.

In 2018, TMI Trading will begin operations at a state-of-the-art production facility in New Jersey, increasing production capacity by at least 2.5 times. With nearly 400 employees in NYC and a growing sales staff across the country, TMI Trading  is poised for exponential growth in the coming years.
