Tobias Architecture is a principle-centric practice.  As such, clients are assured that their project is personally designed, detailed, and overseen by Mr. Tobias.  No project is ever delegated to an associate.

The practice has continued to evolve, and to embrace the efficiencies of computerization and cloud-based project management to maintain this model on larger and more complex projects.  For each project, Mr. Tobias selects the appropriate team of consultants, both in-house and off-site.  He remains the principle-in-charge for the entire duration of each project.
