Todarini Foods is a family owned and operated business originating in Alia, Sicily.  The Todaro family migrated to the United States in 1902 beginning in New York and eventually settling in Houston, Texas.  The Todaro family began making Italian foods in the old country and continues to make Italian foods to this day. Over the last 30+ years, Vincenzo “Vincent” Todaro II has carried on the family tradition of being unique food innovators.  His latest creation is the “ITALIAN TAMALE”!  Our Italian Tamales are NOT a fusion food. Todarini’s new line of Italian Tamales are 100% Italian with many ingredients imported from Italy.  After running test markets in pizzerias and Italian restaurants throughout the U.S. , several food critics and bloggers have stated that our new line of Italian Tamales are sure to be the next big food craze in the country. One critic stated that, "They are all so good, and with the diversity of options to choose from, that there is a delicious Italian Tamale for everyone.
