Tolbert's Restaurant & Chili Parlor is a Texas Restaurant, steeped in the history of Texas and Texas foods.  Located at 423 S. Main Street in Grapevine, Texas, we are known for Hot Chili, Cold Beer, and Live Music. We feature a wide southwestern menu, a full bar, and live music nightly.  We are open every day at 11 for lunch, dinner, and nightlife.
We were founded in 1976 by the late Frank X. Tolbert, and his son Frank X. Tolbert 2.  Frank Sr's daughter, Kathleen Tolbert Ryan, who has been involved with the restaurant since 1977, is our owner and leader, along with her husband, Paul Ryan.  
We are connected to the Terlingua Championship Chili Cookoff, and help run it and work towards earning charitable donations. ALS disease is our #1 charity.
