When four community banks across New York State and Pennsylvania came together to form the Tompkins family of banks, we realized we were on to something special. For many years, Tompkins Trust Company, Tompkins Bank of Castile, Tompkins Mahopac Bank, and Tompkins VIST Bank operated independently as separately chartered financial institutions, while benefitting from the strength of a shared vision and mission. Now, we’ve come together as one, and we have our customers and communities to thank for helping us reach this next step in our journey.
