In 2007 our Master Mixologist and Founder from Colorado, Paul Dunning, created the first of our non-alcoholic cocktail mixers. Each hand crafted cocktail is made in small batches from tasty fruit, vegetables, spices and pure cane sugar which make for exquisite tasting and balanced cocktails where you can see and enjoy the ingredients. What makes Top Shelf even more unique is that you just add premium vodka, rum or tequila over ice to each mixer (1-3 ratio) and shake-shake to create the perfect cocktail.
