Regional expansion Torgeson Electric has expanded facilities to Manhattan, NY, signaling ongoing growth and potential for increased service demand in the New York metro area. Target opportunities include industrial, commercial, and institutional electrical projects serving upcoming developments and facility upgrades.

Award credibility Recent recognition with an Electrical Commercial/Institutional award for a Kansas Department of Health and Environment project enhances credibility. Leverage this achievement to initiate conversations with public sector and healthcare facility clients pursuing similar certification-driven contractors.

Mid-sized scale With 51-200 employees and revenue in the 25–50 million range, Torgeson sits between small contractors and large regional players. This places them as a compelling partner for mid-market commercial and institutional bids requiring solid execution capacity without the complexity of a multinational firm.

Tech stack leverage Utilization of AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365 indicates strong project coordination and digital workflows. Market opportunities exist in clients prioritizing BIM, streamlined subcontracting, and efficient field-to-office collaboration for complex electrical systems.

Upcoming capabilities The planned Manhattan facility expansion hints at a broader growth trajectory and potential for new service lines or regional diversification. Opportunities include facility construction, modernization projects, and long-term service contracts in highly active urban markets.
