The Commander XT product line guides the operators through the entire assembly with traceability data, schematics, and warnings when problems occur. Our Control Module goes a step further by allowing the operators to remotely control the hydraulic pump wirelessly from up to 80 feet away, adjusting pressures in as fast as 5 seconds. The need for multiple operators on an operation is no longer a necessity since the XT2000 and Control Module combination allows for data acquisition and pump control, allowing the operator to focus solely on wrench operation. Through the use of our Cloud software, bolting operations can be watched live from anywhere in the world. All data associated with a job, such as pressure, torque, tension, pictures, GPS, date & time, and as much traceability information as you desire, is uploaded after every bolt is completed. With 3G/4G communications and Wi-Fi, data is transmitted automatically. With 1D/2D (QR Codes) and RFID, all scanning needs are easily met. The hi-res camera allows pictures to be collected pertaining to each bolt. Flow meters, leak detectors, ultrasonics, hydrostatic test units, calipers, and any other device with electronic output could also be collected.
