TMS is a Plumbing and HVAC Contractor servicing clients in the Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, and North Carolina regions. We specialize in Multifamily, Hospitality, Student Housing, and other new construction and retrofit projects for a select group of clients. The TMS leadership team has combined strengths that make us a well-rounded and customer focused company. We only work with clients and customers we can partner with for successful projects, we only take as much work as we can be truly excellent in executing. We know how to say no when we need to, with the goal of being the best on the projects we do accept. Each customer/project is assigned to a partner to see the project from budgeting through commissioning, so there is no hand-off, lost knowledge, or project manager turnover to hurt the project; or frustrate our general contractor partners.
