Total Outsource Inc  (TOI) is a USA based company in Roselle Illinois and is part of DGS Technical Services, Inc.

TOI is not an outsource company establish as a profit center. We started TOI to cater our parent group companies. Engineering is unique to each firm and is the core of any product or service. TOI was established to cater all engineering needs under one roof. Thus managing the knowledge and experience in a well administered environment. We were successful to get most of the benefits from TOI.

After 5 years of successful operations the benefits were also extended to our US customers on demand. and thus we found the need of an engineering firm to manage the other companies in the group.
