Once she began personal training and watching her clients transform into happier & healthier individuals she decided to pursue her career full time and expand her services to group exercise and nutrition counseling. We work with men and women of all ages with varying fitness levels and goals. We operate through several Community Centers throughout PG County & Montgomery County along with a few churches, schools, non profits and small businesses.
