We have lenders that specialize in niche product types, or have higher loan-to-values and allow for cash out, others are non-recourse lenders. Others are wholesale lenders and have lower fees. We have construction lenders too. If you have an owner-occupied property, we have lenders for you and of course SBA lenders.
