Tower Engineer Professionals was founded in 1997 by two tower-climbing engineers.  The company has grown to more than 650 professionals providing engineering and construction services for more than 200,000 towers around the world.  TEP’s in-house services include site acquisition, civil & electrical engineering, structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, inspection, environmental/regulatory compliance, construction, and land survey services.  Additionally, we have twenty offices across the US and four offices in Canada. 
 We are licensed in all 50 states and the U.S. territories, Canada, Japan, Jamaica, Australia and Ireland.  Our turn-key approach provides innovative for all industry needs.
