Town & Country Realty was founded in 1966 at an office on Chestnut Street in Lancaster, PA. Originally named Garden Spot Realty, the name was soon changed to Town & Country Realty, and offices moved to the corner of North Duke and Walnut Street in the city. Town & Country Realty continually grew over time, even through several major recessions. Over the years there were two more locations before settling in where we are today. We have been located at 2547 Lititz Pike in the village of Neffsville, since September of 2000.

The company is owned by Jeffrey Enck. 

Town & Country Realty has survived the test of time in what is sometimes a very volatile business. We have remained strong through many Real Estate cycles, and we credit that to our high quality agents and their broad experience in the industry. We strive to always put our client’s interest first, and that has resulted in many referrals over the years and a very steady flow of repeat business. We are proud to serve Lancaster County in Pennsylvania.
