The Tracy City Center Association (TCCA) is a 501(c)(3) Community Benefit District which was officially formed in December 2009 with the primary purpose of bringing about the revitalization of the city center core and surrounding area. The goal of TCCA is to facilitate the investment of private and public capital, the offering of quality public improvements, educational, cultural, artistic, charitable and social events & services that will result in the increased economic well-being of residents, employees, business & property owners within the TCCA district and the downtown locality. TCCA sponsors a variety of special events including the annual Farmers’ Market on Saturdays (April-November), the Fall Wine Stroll, Taps on Tenth (craft beer tasting), an annual Halloween Parade, and the Holiday Light Parade & Tree Lighting Ceremony.
