Trailblazer Foods offers a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with daily capacity of more than 115 tons, exceeding 40 tons of jams, jellies and preserves; 40 tons of syrups; more than 8 tons of pie filling; and over 25 tons of sauces and marinades. We also supply over 1 million pounds of coconut products every year.

We are USDA certified by Oregon Tilth to manufacture organic products, kosher certified by KOF-K and a certified SQF (Safe Quality Food) Level 2 facility. Sustainability is at our core and we have received grants from Energy Trust of Oregon related to our green efforts.
