Trans-Management Systems Corporation (TMSC) is a minority-owned government contracting organization founded and incorporated in the District of Columbia in October of 1983. Throughout its more than thirty years of operation, TMSC has managed contracts which provide services to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under the Administration for Children and Families, Office of Head Start, Office of Child Care, the Office of Community Services and the Prince Georges County Department of Social Services. TMSC employs a cadre of professionals who are committed to the delivery of quality products and services to clients. Our personnel have extensive experience in the fields of project management, information technology, website development, digital community management, help desk support and technical assistance for early childhood education and human services clients.
