Trans-Management Systems Corporation (TMSC) is a minority-owned government contracting organization founded and incorporated in the District of Columbia in October of 1983. Throughout its more than thirty years of operation, TMSC has managed contracts which provide services to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under the Administration for Children and Families, Office of Head Start, Office of Child Care, the Office of Community Services and the Prince Georges County Department of Social Services.
