TransCounty Title Agency was founded in 2007. The goal was to provide real estate transactional services with the highest levels of ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism.

Our veteran staff has over 100 years of experience in title insurance, and we are underwritten by four of the largest title insurers in the country. We care about helping our neighbors, getting them to the finish line, and making sure everyone is satisfied with the closing process. 

We provide residential and commercial title insurance, public records search services, underwriting, lien clearance, and we handle the signing and recording of documents for real property transactions in all 88 Ohio counties. We work with commercial and residential realtors, lenders, attorneys, developers, and builders.

We also provide the ability for our clients to craft marketing materials including postcards, flyers, listing packets, and more. 

We have 17 branch offices & closing locations throughout Central Ohio.
