Computer simulation and statistical analyses are used to assess the levels of customer service for proposed airport system design or operation plans.  Our analyses also include animations that provide a computer-generated, moving picture of the system in operation.  Graphical user interfaces can be added to the modeling tools to allow planners to evaluate a variety of scenarios and to determine the impact of changes in procedures or demand.
