Trellis Partners is a national consulting practice that partners with nonprofit organizations to establish the infrastructure needed to scale and maximize impact: strong leadership at all levels, an inclusive culture, and effective, integrated core functions (strategy, programs, funding, human resources, finance, and administration). Our Term Executives embed with organizations for 9-24 months, serving as COO or in another leadership role, working side by side staff on: 

•	Stabilization: Bringing focus to areas of weakness in organizations experiencing rapid change or growth

•	Strategy and Program Effectiveness: Helping organizations clarify strategy and align resources with goals and strategic objectives

•	Operations: Establishing or improving operational systems

•	Culture: Helping create a culture that embraces DEI, and enables psychological safety and workplace well-being

•	Leadership: Developing leaders and managers who provide clear direction and effective staff support

•	Scaling: Ensuring that staff, systems, resources, and leadership required for growth are in place.

The Term Executive’s work is grounded in a holistic approach -- integrating program design, leadership, management, planning, culture, and business systems -- developed and tested over 20 years with nonprofits by Trellis Partners Founder and CEO Anna Prow. We customize solutions, using a deep toolbox including workshops, activities, resources, and templates, to address each organization’s needs. This approach leads to integrated solutions designed for long-term sustainability.
