Since 1960, Tri-City Mental Health Authority (TCMHA) has been the public mental health authority and primary provider of outpatient services for the residents of Claremont, La Verne, and Pomona. Through a Joint Powers Authority (JPA) agreement between these cities, Tri-City is committed to delivering high-quality, accessible behavioral health services for individuals of all ages and their families. As a steadfast community partner, we support a comprehensive system of care that strengthens our community’s capacity for healing, well-being, and recovery. Available services include but are not limited to specialty mental health services, 24/7 mobile crisis care, linkage and referral, peer and family support, community outreach, training, employment services and housing support services.
