Tri-State Industries, Inc. is currently operated by Vince Spalding, Vice President; who assumed operational responsibility in 2011. Vince brings a natural talent and work ethic  that easily meets or exceeds any of his predecessors that led TSI. Vince leads with the same expectations he holds himself to; promptness, reliability, safety, and quality.  An avid outdoors men Vince enjoys the Wyoming scenery and the hunting opportunities the wildlife provide. Vince's current focus is in expanding TSI's fabrication product line as well as vapor recovery.
