Founded in 1990, Tri-State Utilities has been a leading provider of trenchless pipeline rehabilitation services designed to support the infrastructure repair and maintenance needs of municipal utility departments. In December of 2024, Tri-State was acquired by the Vortex Companies and is well positioned to bring even more solutions to its customers and is backed by additional technical, product, and installation support to help its customer overcome the most challenging water and wastewater infrastructure problems.
