Triad Behavioral Resources (TBR) offers an outpatient treatment program specializing in substance use and mental health disorders. in addition to a walk in clinic, we have expanded services to provide telemed appointments throughout North Carolina. Our medication assisted addiction treatment program uses buprenorphine and naltrexone, counseling and life coaching to support patient compliance in recovery. 

Opiate abuse has become a public health crisis that continues to destroy lives, families and communities. TBR is a team of physicians and therapists dedicated to helping patients overcome the chronic and persistent condition of opiate abuse. Our clinical staff have the unique advantage of a proprietary EMR software developed specifically for the treatment of addiction called The Recovery Platform. It’s review of systems gives detailed guidance through a dashboard that monitors patient adherence to treatment.
