Facility Expansion With a large 102,000 square-foot campus, multiple pools including a 50-meter outdoor pool and a modern fitness center, TAC offers multiple venue rental, event hosting, and specialized training program opportunities for clubs, schools, and corporate teams.

Community & Education Existing adult fitness classes and open swim initiatives demonstrate a consumer-facing when-to-market window for beginner-to-intermediate programs, learn-to-swim campaigns, and membership upsell to families and schools.

Olympic Readiness TAC served as a domestic training site for the U.S. Olympic Swim Team for Paris 2024, indicating strong credentials for coaching programs, high-performance equipment, athlete mentoring services, and sponsorship alignment with performance brands.
