The Triangle Aquatic Center (TAC) opened its doors in 2007. Today, it is a 102,000 square-foot facility located on a 21.5-acre campus in Cary, North Carolina. TAC is a premier local and national destination for swimmers training and competing at all levels, including at the highest level of the sport. TAC is home to multiple Olympians, National Champions, World Champions, and other professional athletes in pursuit of excellence.

Our facility features an outdoor 50-meter pool, an indoor 50-meter competition pool, a 10-lane 25-yard pool, a warm water instructional pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, kitchen, meeting spaces, and more.

Due to our prime location and quality facility, TAC was selected as host of the domestic training site for the U.S. Olympic Swim Team in preparation for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
