Strategic NC Partnerships Pursue strategic partnerships with foundations, local governments, and corporate sponsors to fund and scale land protection efforts across TLC’s operating region. Position TLC as a gateway for regional conservation funding and collaborative grant opportunities. Offer joint program design, grant writing support, and multi organization stewardship initiatives.

GIS and Analytics Leverage TLC’s use of ESRI GIS and web tools to offer advanced mapping, data visualization, and reporting services for funders and partners. Propose managed GIS services, custom dashboards for conservation outcomes, and integration with TLC’s website to showcase impact. Provide staff training and ongoing data support.

Fundraising & Engagement Develop donor relationship management and digital fundraising programs tailored to conservation nonprofits; design sponsorship packages around events and programs; support foundation and grant applications. Offer marketing automation and impact reporting to strengthen funder confidence and engagement.

Easement Compliance Provide easement stewardship and enforcement support, including ongoing compliance monitoring, due diligence for new holdings, and risk assessment for easement terms. Position as a trusted partner to help TLC protect conservation values and reduce legal risk.

Community Events Create and manage community events and sponsorship opportunities to raise awareness, attract volunteers, and build local business partnerships. Align event strategy with fundraising goals and land protection objectives to drive broader community support.
