Notre histoire a commencé dans une ferme du village de Rians, dans le Berry. Francine Triballat y moulait des faisselles et des fromages pour les marchés environnants. Cette ferme est toujours là, au cœur de notre laiterie et témoin de notre héritage.
 
Depuis 5 générations, nous perpétuons les savoir-faire traditionnels laitiers et fabriquons des fromages et des desserts uniques et gourmands. Nous comptons 25 marques qui font rayonner le patrimoine français sur le territoire et à l’international !
Nous sommes 1 600 collaborateurs dans 18 laiteries et fromageries en France, en Espagne et aux États-Unis, au cœur de bassins laitiers.
 
Triballat attache une attention toute particulière à ce que la RSE ne soit pas que des mots mais se traduise par des actions aux résultats très concrets et s’engage autour de 4 grands axes : la transmission des savoir-faire et de la passion du goût, un élevage plus durable et responsable, l’engagement auprès des collaborateurs et des territoires et la réduction de l’empreinte environnementale.
