Trilogy Wellness is a medical cannabis dispensary in Ellicott City, Maryland built on the belief that cannabis can improve quality of life. We are committed to working with doctors and healthcare professionals to close the education gap between patients and providers by expanding knowledge and understanding of benefits, risks, best practices, and most effective ways of utilizing medical cannabis. 

We offer quality medical cannabis to registered patients in Maryland and CBD products that do not require a medical card to the general public. Together, we can help our patients and customers achieve optimal wellness. We offer cannabis education through free workshops and give back to those in need in the communities we serve through regular community drives and fundraisers.
