Founded in 2000, Trish Pratt and Associates, LLC, a Boston-based company, provides coaching and consulting services to individuals and companies.  Working with companies, we support executives and other business professionals in the areas of: Communication, Leadership, and Career Development.  Our corporate clients have included: Hewlett Packard, Co; Impact Science and Technology Inc., IONA Corporation, Jane Doe Inc. and Organization by Design Inc. 

Trish Pratt, founder and owner, holds an MS Degree from Tufts University and is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach. Trish has published in Human Resource Executive, and is a past board member of ICF-New England. .
