True Citrus, a Baltimore-based Consumer Packaging Goods and industrial ingredient manufacturer, is the maker of a family of crystallized citrus and fruit powder-based products including beverage mixes and juice replacements for consumers, flavoring systems for commercial industrial ingredient applications and products for foodservice. 

Today, like the first day we began our journey, we are committed to creating products that deliver not only great, authentic taste but help our customers be healthy, happy and true. At our core, we are citrus and fruit flavor experts delivering authentic fresh fruit taste, one sip, one bite, one serving at a time. Started in 2003 with five people and one product (True Lemon®), today our company has almost 40 passionate team members, over 60 consumer products and hundreds of industrial ingredient applications with more on the way, eight unique sales channels, and North American distribution in 45,000 stores including Walmart, Target, HEB, Kroger, Publix, Safeway, Giant, Shop-Rite, Shop & Shop, CVS and Dollar Tree, among others, well as direct-to-consumer sales through Amazon, retailer click & collect/home delivery sites and our own TrueLemon.com store. We are also sold internationally in 11 other countries.  

While we have grown tremendously since 2003, our DNA is one of a start-up: we’re flexible, nimble, fast paced with a close group of team members who share an entrepreneurial zeal and a strong commitment to our products and each other. All True Citrus products are made from proprietary formulations and recipes that capture an authentic, fresh-squeezed citrus taste and use only simple and clean ingredients (and never have artificial sweeteners or preservatives, sodium or gluten and are Non-GMO).
