TSE International designs and manufactures conductor handling equipment for use in the construction and maintenance of electrical transmission and distribution lines, and telecommunications/ fiber optic projects. TSE's product line includes a complete range of overhead and underground pulling units, tensioners, stringing blocks, swivels, ropes and other accessories. 

This well established, broad base of conductor handling equipment company, with over 30 years of world-wide service, evolved from three major conductor handling equipment manufacturers: Tension Stringing Equipment, Inc., Shreveport, Louisiana; Pengo Conductor Stringing, Ft. Worth, Texas; and Timberland Equipment, Ltd., Woodstock, Ontario, Canada.

The modern efficient 42,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Shreveport, Louisiana has the capability to do welding, fabrication, machining, painting and assembly. For quality control, every machine is built to comply with a stringent Quality Assurance Program that includes a final testing procedure. 

TSE, combined with our factory Trained Distributor Service Network, offer customer start-up, repair work and training for the customer's operation and maintenance personnel. TSE carries an extensive inventory of spare parts to provide the best possible support for current TSE machines, as well as TSE and Pengo units built in the past.
