TSI Engineering is a professional engineering firm based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada.  Since 2005 we have been successfully solving our clients mechanical engineering challenges using a combination of design, simulation, testing and good old-fashioned hands-on engineering.

Advanced Simulation: using the Ansys multi-physics suite including LST LS-DYNA®, Fluent, Ansys Mechanical and Motion we have solved problems ranging from simple structures to complex coupled multi-physics systems.

System and Product Engineering: We specialize in taking product design from initial system-level concept through to final design and validation.  Full-art to part CAD and managed PDM provide a highly efficient and robust workflow to get from the computer into real-life.

Prototype Fabrication and Testing: closing the loop between analysis and design, we build and test our work.  We can create rapid or standard prototypes in various composites, plastic, metal or other materials, and test them using sophisticated equipment to ensure our designs meet and exceed expectations.
