Boutique Scale TTV Architects is a small to mid-size firm (11-50 employees) with revenue in the mid single to lower mid market range ($1M-$10M), presenting an opportunity to upsell larger-scale project management, advanced BIM adoption, and expanded interior design services as they grow.

Full Service Advantage As a full service architectural and interior design firm, TTV has cross-selling potential for technology-enabled design workflows, project coordination platforms, and cloud collaboration tools to streamline end-to-end projects for clients seeking cohesive branding and spaces.

Tech Stack Fit Current technology usage including WordPress, Google Workspace, MySQL, and Piwik PRO Core indicates openness to digital marketing enhancements, data analytics, and CRM/HR integrations; presents a pathway to offer Martech, data-driven marketing analytics, and CRM optimization solutions.

Growth Readiness Revenue visibility combined with size suggests readiness for scalable software and services such as project management, ERP or accounting integrations, and client portals that support larger or multiple simultaneous architectural engagements.

Competitive Positioning Operating in a market with established firms (Stantec, AECOM, Gensler, etc.) but substantially smaller in size presents an opportunity to position as a flexible, agile partner for mid-market clients and regional developers seeking personalized service with competitive pricing and rapid delivery.
