IIn operation since 1999, TurboFil has manufactured liquid filling and assembly systems for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical industries. The TurboFil product line consists of: • Liquid fillers • Automated and semi-automated Monoblocks • Cappers • Crimpers • Medical & Small Parts Assembly We work closely with our customers to customize machines to meet their specific requirements. We can integrate a wide variety of components into a complete system allowing it to fit seamlessly into the customer’s operation. All drawings are done in Solidworks, a 3D engineering design tool that offers precise conceptualization of designs. Our solutions are customized, not “one size fits all”. All our machines are manufactured in our Mount Vernon, NY facility. TurboFil has experience in creative solutions to filling difficult materials.
