TW2M Design/Build LLC aims to bridge the gap between the design and built world through research, experimentation and construction.  

Located in New York, the firm was founded in 2012 by twin brothers Bassem and Wassim Shaaban. TW2M is a design / build firm that features the collective work of multidisciplinary professionals who value diversity and collaboration. We offer a wide variety of services at multiple scales and values, aiming for functionality and efficiency, as well as continued experimentation and innovation.  

Our approach ensures that the built product is never an afterthought, including design since the beginning, carrying the design phase laterally through the completion of construction. Our team believes that custom spaces fit their inhabitants better, so we aim to provide high quality, individualized solutions to each of our clients.  

We strive to push the limits of both technical and theoretical work, using our detail-focused design/build process to bring conceptual work into reality.  We have experience designing, building, and managing projects internationally, in locations including Chicago, New Jersey, New York, Washington, D.C., Dubai, Egypt and Singapore.
