Twining Properties is a real estate investment and development company focused on urban mixed use projects close to mass transit and located in the northeast corridor from Boston to NYC to Washington, DC.
 
Our focus on urban mixed use green buildings at transit is to create highly sustainable walkable communities that provide our residents, tenants, guests and visitors the highest quality environment to live, work and play, to transform urban neighborhoods and provide our capital partners with the highest return on their investment. 
 
While we focus on apartments with retail, we develop all product types including hotel, retail and office in urban locations. We seek projects of at least 200,000 square feet and up to 1.0 milion square feet, but will consider smaller projects of 100,000 square feet in exceptional locations and larger projects which can be developed in phases.

 
We bring an exceptional team of people together under one roof with extensive real estate experties in the finance, development, design, marketing and construction fields. Our subsidiary [ t ] City Retail focuses on the leasing and managment of urban retail space in our mixed use projects and for selective major owners.
