Twycross Zoo is a not-for-profit wildlife park based in Atherstone, England, with more than six decades of operation. It hosts over 100 animals across about 150 species, including a prominent primate collection and all four great apes—gorilla, orangutan, chimpanzee, and bonobo—one of the defining features of its offering in the UK. Through its Conservation Fund, established in 2006, the organization supports numerous conservation and welfare projects worldwide and engages in research opportunities with students from around the world.
