Founded in 2000 by sisters Amy Gaster and Carrie Efird, Tybee Vacation Rentals is a full-service property management company specializing in short-term vacation rentals on Tybee Island and Savannah, Georgia. In May of 2022 TVR embarked on a new chapter by joining forces with VTrips becoming a part of their national family of local brands.  

TVR offers homeowners and guests over 20 years of experience, focusing on providing exceptional homes and services to guests and producing reservations, managing housekeeping, linen, maintenance, and other property management services for homeowners. We also offer caretaker services to homeowners of properties not used as vacation rentals. Today, Tybee Vacation Rentals continues to refine the business to meet the changing needs of homeowners, guests, and the growing TVR staff. 

TVR is the largest vacation rental company in the Tybee Island and Savannah area, managing over 300 properties and welcoming over 60,000 guests each year, and it has over 80 year-round employees. The TVR office and professional linen and housekeeping headquarters are located on Tybee Island, GA. 

Tybee Vacation Rentals is a proud member of the Vacation Rental Managers Association, Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals, Savannah Chamber of Commerce, Tybee Island Tourism Council, Savannah Tourism Leadership Council, and the Tybee Island Association of Rental Agents.
