UA Local 467 is a labor organization representing Plumbers, Steamfitters, and Refrigeration Fitters, chartered in 1903. Based in Burlingame, California, its membership works across heavy industrial, commercial, and residential construction projects, with a particular emphasis on HVAC service in San Mateo County.

Apprentices are trained through the UA International Joint Apprenticeship Training Program, a five-year pathway that requires more than 8,000 hours of on-the-job training and over 1,200 hours of classroom instruction.
