Acquisition Opportunity Following the Dec 2023 acquisition of InControl Technologies by UES, there is potential for aligned environmental consulting and engineering services to be bundled with broader national engineering projects, enabling cross-sell of environmental risk management, remediation, and regulatory compliance offerings.

Public Sector Access The firm holds HUB, SBE, and Texas professional credentials and has experience working with municipalities, counties, and state agencies, suggesting targeted opportunities in public sector environmental assessments, compliance audits, and remediation for upcoming infrastructure and capital projects.

Industrial Remediation With a client base including chemical, petrochemical, electrical and gas utilities, there is demand for site remediation, restoration programs, and proactive environmental planning—services that can complement larger engineering and construction initiatives led by national firms.

Regional Footprint Houston and Dallas offices position the company for expanding environmental due diligence, risk assessment, and permitting support for midstream and energy-related developments in Texas and surrounding markets, aligning with regional growth trends.

Growth Readiness Revenue in the multimillion-dollar range and affiliation with a larger national E&C company signals capacity to scale consulting engagements, offering scalable environmental management solutions, data-driven compliance programs, and ongoing monitoring for enterprise clients.
