Her background includes conducting needs analyses, task analyses, evaluating training programs, instructional design for online and classroom programs and delivering programs for client firms such as AO North America, Synthes, Johnson and Johnson, Pilling-Weck, Stryker, Vertebron, Genentech and Medartis. For the past 11 years, Dr. Scott has also been a lecturer in the Communication Program at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and has also lectured extensively for the Wharton Executive MBA program and Wharton Executive Education Program at the Aresty Institute for Executive Education.
