Ukrgasbank is a Ukrainian universal bank headquartered in Kyiv, offering a full range of financial services to retail and corporate clients. Founded in 1993, it began as a lender serving Ukraine's oil and gas sector and later broadened into a diversified, growth-oriented institution with a low risk profile. Since 2009, the Ministry of Finance has held a controlling stake, giving the state a strong ownership influence, and the bank operates through a broad network across Ukraine's 25 regional centers with a sizable workforce. 

As a mid-sized bank, Ukrgasbank serves a broad customer base with universal banking services. In late 2024, it introduced contactless payment acceptance for small businesses via the UGB Tap&Pay Android app, developed in cooperation with Visa.
